How long is processing time/shipping time?

0-3 business days processing time before shipment. (Business days & hours are generally Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm MT.)

Stickers, prints, original paintings, and greeting cards are in-stock and ready to ship within the regular processing time. Buttons & magnets are made to order by me from my studio, usually within the 0-3 business days.

Custom stickers can take 1-3+ weeks before shipment. Custom paintings can take 2-6+ weeks after sketch approvals & before shipment, depending on project scale & other project priorities if a deadline is not specified. 

Processing time can vary depending on how many orders are open at a time. The heaviest times for me are the weeks leading up to & including Pride Month (June) and Christmas (December). Thank you for your understanding if there are slight delays; I am only one person, with additional work & commitments outside of Schlady.

Once dropped off at my local post office, domestic orders usually arrive between 2-5 business days, while International orders can take anywhere from 1-2 weeks to over a month.

I only want 1 sticker, can I ship it for cheaper?

It is always recommended to pay a little extra for USPS First Class shipping with tracking & sturdy mailer package to ensure your purchase has the best chance of arriving with confirmation, on time & undamaged.

Since stickers are flat & flexible, I am able to offer an inexpensive Sticker-Only Envelope option that does NOT come with tracking; I can ship 1-3 stickers in a plain paper envelope with a regular stamp.

I only want 1 button, why is shipping so expensive?

Buttons are not flat, flexible objects; they are unable to be shipped in a simple stamped envelope safely & consistently. Tracked shipping in a plain recycled mailer is the only available option, whether you get 1 button or 10 buttons.

If you live close to Colorado Springs, we can arrange to meet for a local pickup if you would prefer to avoid shipping.

My order never arrived, what should I do?

If your order tracking through USPS says Delivered, your best resource is truly going to be your local post office, once you've checked with other household residents & neighbors.

If your order never arrived and was never marked as Delivered and it has been well past the normal delivery time, please send me an email with your order number. Ultimately I can either resend the package or give you a partial refund. Please note that I will resend the package only once.

Can you make me a custom button?

Yes! If you want to order one of my button designs with a simple change such as spelling of a word (such as Cat Lady to Cat Mom) or changing to a different Pride Flag, you can leave a note on the order and I can usually make the change exactly as requested. You can also send requests by email or social media message.

If you are interested in a large order of custom buttons (25 piece minimum) for your business or event, send me a message so we can discuss design details & I can set up a custom listing for you.

Can you make me a custom sticker?

Unfortunately I am not able to accommodate individual custom sticker requests at this time, due to the design & production process involved in making a batch of these stickers.

Store Policies

Refunds/Exchanges

All sales are final, and I do not accept returns or exchanges. If the items you received are incorrect or damaged, please send me an email with pictures of the item(s). I will do what I can to either replace or refund you.

INTERNATIONAL (OUTSIDE OF USA ORDERS): Schlady is NOT responsible for any VAT/Customs fees incurred upon the package entering your country. It is on the buyer to be aware of any laws about additional fees that have to be paid. 

If you chose to send your package back because you were unaware or unwilling to pay customs fees, and your package does not arrive with me, you forfeit any possible refund for your order. Placing an order with Schlady assumes acknowledgment of this store policy.  

Incorrect Addresses

Buyer is responsible for providing a complete, accurate shipping address during checkout. If you know that there was an error with your mailing address, please contact me ASAP so I can correct it. I do not accept responsibility for incorrect addresses if you do not contact me before your order ships out. If your package is returned to me by USPS, then I can resend it to the correct address (and I will attempt this only once).
